I signed up for their 6-month program in November, after hitting rock bottom with my weight at an all-time high. My last appointment is today, and I have lost about 60 lbs in total since starting! My program consisted of appetite suppressants, B12 injections (administered at home), and weekly/bi-weekly nutrition counseling visits to the office. I believe it was the personal accountability during these visits that really motivated me the most to stick to my diet plan. Their nutritionist, Trisha, is the best and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Everyone there is super friendly and genuinely wants to see you succeed in a healthy way. They really focus on giving you the knowledge and experience you need to succeed on your own after the program ends. I’m so glad that I took the plunge and signed up for their weight loss program!
