Terrible customer service. I checked in at 10:18 on 6/9, got my eyebrows done was ready to pay. My threader tried sliding my card twice then said my card is not working and I told her i just came back from target, my card is fine. I suggested it was her machine and I can try apple pay but she insisted my card is not working. Finally tried it, didn’t work and proceeded to say my card is declined out loud while walking away from me to help her next client. The next threader tried ringing up her client, card failed. The other one who insisted my card was declined came to help her on an ipad and then tried using a paper slip to collect card information to pay for later. I had to borrow cash to pay. She did not once apologize for accusing me for not having money and walking away from me instead of helping or wasting my time. I left at 10:40.
