I reserved an affordable cut online but when I checked out the price was $12 more than my reservation. I asked why and was told “that price doesn’t include a blow dry, you should have told me”. This was the business’s fault for not verifying what I had reserved but my stylist did not hesitate to pass the cost onto me. She said someone input the reservation wrong. The cut was good but I won’t be returning.

I had my acrylic nails done by Debbie, she is very nice and personable and did a great job. The salon/house is a great location, easy to get to and I loved the set up, super cozy. Picture of my nails is a week later and I still like the way they look.

I use to love this salon until this morning. I scheduled an appointment for a simple and quick service and waited almost an hour. To make things even worse, I never received any service and received no apology for the wait. All I got was a “good morning” when I walked in. I have already canceled my hair appointment for next weekend as well and I hate to say this, but this salon just lost a client.
