I had Nancy , my first time coming here I heard great things , my nails are fine until it got to the design . she couldn’t do a simple flower ? how it was on the picture so i said forget , leave them clear and i’ll do them at home . $55 for short clear nails ?! plus she was on the phone the whole time . never coming back and I do not recommend Nancy

This used to be my go to place. Not any more. I typically have beautiful long nails with Shellac done to them. The nail tech assigned to me literally cut my nails down to the skin using the cuticle nipper as he clipped the “side growth”. Never asked me how long I wanted them or how I wanted them shaped. He already had 4 nails gone before I realized what was happening. He was supposed to be tending to the cuticles at that point. When I made a comment about him cutting my nails, his response was “you not happy? I thought that’s what you would like.” How do you know what I like if you don’t ask?!? His solution, he can add tips on for a small charge if I want them long again.

I have been going to obsession nails for over a year now and I can honestly call myself the DUMBEST human being for supporting this business that long. I have had some of the rudest and most unprofessional experiences inside this nail salon.One of my most recent experiences was when I had an appointment at 10 AM with Thuy, i was there for 20 minutes waiting because Thuy was late. She then rushed my nails, leaving a hair in the nail after i asked her to remove it and dropped the nail polish bottle that was supposed to match my toes. After that she rushed painting my toes, leaving the old polish still on and around the sided with a color that doesn’t match my nails.

Had a gel manicure in which my many of my nails peeled 3 days later. Called and asked to have them redone and was treated rudely by nail tech when I arrived. They did not care nor seemed apologetic . Manicure

This place is absolutely wonderful! I moved away a few years ago and continue to make the drive back because their work is just so fantastic. I recently got my nails done for prom and graduation and my nail tech went above and beyond with my acrylic set, it looks exactly like the picture I showed them. They’re so beautiful and I’m absolutely in love. I could not be more grateful for such a wonderful nail place!

I called Obsession at 4:55 * hoping * to get in for a manicure , and maybe a pedicure – I was undecided at the time . So I was able to get in for a basic manicure at 5:45 the same day . I got there and decided I did in fact want a pedicure too if there was enough time . I was so greateful when they said yes , they could do the pedi as well. Jenny did both my mani & pedi and she did a wonderful job on both services ! She was more then happy to spend a little extra time on my feet when I asked her to because they were hurting really bad because I stand on them all day for work . Thank you Jenny for getting rid of the pain . She also shaped my nails exactly the way I asked her too . I am very happy with the way everything looks . She is also very friendly and nice to talk to .

I will never set foot in this business again. I went in with my mom and best friend for mani/pedis for my wedding. We had an appointment, but clearly they were just squeezing us in and we had to wait. It was hands down the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My 4 year old niece could have done a better job. The man cut my toenails extremely short, filed one of them on an angle, and the polish didn’t even reach the end of my nail. It was so bad I removed the polish as soon as I got home. My nail dip was okay for the first two days, then the top coat on every nail started chipping off and they didn’t look very good for my wedding. I would have complained while I was there, but right after he was done, another customer dropped and broke a bottle of bright red nail polish at the drying station and it went all over my friend. It was all over her outfit, on her purse, in her wedding ring, and ruined her nails. I could not believe how the manager treated us. She tried her best to ignore us and brushed us off until she realized we weren’t leaving until she spoke with us. She literally said, “it’s not my fault”, still made my friend pay, and refused to redo her nails. Her entire outfit was ruined, she had to have her nails redone, and have her engagement ring and wedding band professionally cleaned. My mom called the manager when we got home and asked to speak to the owner. The manager told her the owner was out of town and that they’d need to contact their lawyer. (What?!) It took the owner over two weeks to get back in touch with us. She finally, very reluctantly, agreed to give my friend $100, which wasn’t even close to the amount of damage that was caused by their poorly located nail polish displays, which are right over the drying station on a marble counter, where people are sitting.
