Called and made an appointment one week in advance. Told me to be there at 10.. they didn’t open the store until after 10AM. When I got there I waited an extra 20 mins before someone started on my hair. She quoted me a different price in person then over the phone. 2 ladies started braided my hair ( one in the front, one in the back) the lady in the front kept stopping every 10 mins. Started someone else hair and came never came back to stay on just my head. I was the first one ther at the shop with appointment!!!! At the end of my appointment I needed up paying more because hair was not included!!! Rip off. Will not be returning with my business. Horrible service!

I’ve gone there 3 times and have been pleased with my braids and plan to go back later in the summer. The owner is extremely nice and personable as are the other ladies. They’re also the more reasonably priced braiding place in MD that I’ve found.
