When I couldn’t get in with my regular nail salon, I tried this place because it was convenient. That was a mistake. I had to wait for about 30 minutes, but I was a walk in, so that was okay. The woman who did my pedicure kept up selling me, after I told her I just wanted a regular pedicure with regular polish. She proceeded to give me a salt scrub and gel polish. She also really hurt me while trimming my cuticles. I had a dip manicure from my last manicure, and it was an offered service, so I told the man who did my manicure I would like another one. He could not understand and told me he couldn’t fill them, because they had grown out too much. I told him to take them off and give me a new dip, so he soaked me in acetone. That was fine, since that is how it is done. He then proceeded to pop off the dip with a pair of cuticle trimmers, leaving my nails broken and weak . NEVER AGAIN.

I go get pedicures often and never have any trouble. Well I went here for a pedicure today and they talked me into getting the more expensive one that includes the sugar scrub. He rubbed it on there for about 10 seconds and didn’t massage it in. Then he put the lotion on top of that and didn’t massage that in either. Then when I went to leave, I guess he wasn’t going to put my shoes on for me like all the other salons do. I had to ask him to help me put them on. Because I knew I would totally mess my polish up if I tried to do it myself. I will not be going back. I should have gone to one of the other ones in town that I’m familiar with.

I am not able to get pedicures anymore except on special occasions. My best friend and I decided to go together for a pedicure. This place is convenient so we thought we would give it a try. I am a licensed cosmetologist from Texas and have done my share of pedicures. I am not all that particular but I do enjoy having a nice polish job. I did my own pedi last week so I wasnt in too bad of shape. We didnt have to wait but two other people cane in just after us and they had to wait. My total pedicure took less than minutes (including filling the tub and settling in.) Mine looked pretty darn good when she finished but my friend’s looked terrible. The polish and the topcoat were on the cuticles and around the toes and very thick. Her skin on the side of her big toe was visibly rough. Her girl used no buffer to smooth the top of the nails and no pumice to smooth the skin after raking over it with the grater looking thing. Both massages were rushed, which I was glad for because she was barely touching my skin with no pressure or moving up and down my leg with small pinching motions and digging her thumb in. That part hurt. There was absolutely nothing relaxing about the entire experience. I told the girl who did my friend that it didnt look like she had a pedicure and the girl said it was because we got the basic. Lol. She went through the motions but didnt actually smooth anything out or shape the nails well. I completely understand what a basic pedicure is and this wasnt it. I sincerely question who taught these people and if they actually hold a license. And please dont respond about how good your customer service is. I didnt see any customer service from the time I got there til I left. Nobody greeted us or said to have a nice day or thank you. I didnt feel welcome when we got there because nobody even smiled at us. They just pointed to the chair and told us to sit. We will definitely never be back.

This was the worst experience, had my nails soaked off so I could keep my own nails, the man just cut my nails off I ✋️ him after I saw what he was doing, but I said no problem they will grow back, no fuss, I wanted obre nails so I had another man, rushed me while I was trying to pick color out. I said one thing he did the opposite, so he finally got the color right did one nail I said that don’t look good, than he took the scissor and started cutting off my nail and loudly said get out, I was so shocked & embarrassed. Lady came over and did not apologize for the man behavior, but said go over to another chair , as if I would give them a dime to do my nails, I politely walk out. We give them our hard earned money and they rush us and talk in their native language probably saying all types of things about us, we just smile and take it. I did not once raised my voice or treating anyone un-respectfull. But I was treated that way

Not the friendliest nails techs. Yet they can do good work. My last visit Peter had a customer in his chair no one was waiting and he turned me away. So I will not go back to Obre!! They are capable of doing nice work when their in the mood. Pro nails same owner with more techs and better service.

went in for a pedicure and went for the basic option which cost 30$. i need up paying 45$ plus tip for regular french tip nails. my mom came to this place a day before me and paid 30$ for the same basic predicure option and french tip. i was over charged with no explanation. never coming back to this place that tried to scam and make customers over pay even though the prices are clearly written everywhere.

I’ve gotten amazing manicures here before, my boyfriend got me a gift certificate to go here for our anniversary because of how much I’ve enjoyed this place, but the last time I went my service was awful. I had decided to get a pedicure, and my nails had started bleeding because of how deep the worker had dug into my cuticles, he had also used the drill on my toes which is highly unusual. My toes came out red and cut up, not to mention how smudged my polish is. Will not be returning because of poor service.

I have patronized this business several times in the past but yesterday June 23rd I had to walk out. Not enough workers. I was told it would be 30 minutes and I sit about 10 in front waiting then was told to sit at pedi chair to sit and never recognized. One of the guys started working on a client pedi,to abruptly be told someone else was next. So he stopped doing that pedi and went to do another’s mani. Now I’m sitting waiting to be put in spa foot bath but never recognized. So I used the restroom and left after sitting 40 minutes altogether. I use to love Hana when she was at Pro Nail but not very friendly now. I will try them again at earliest part of week and soon as they open. And I don’t want thick coats on my nails that looks puckered like my last visit.

I have been going here for a year now , i have noticed the cleaning is lacking , I decided to go back and give it one last try , I’m very upset that a 30$ Pedicure turned into 70 , I usually get gel and two top extension I pay 45 I was charged 70 he tried to tell me that it was 20 for two extension on nail , and cause of the gel It would be 70 , Also the huffing and puffing he kept making while doing my pedicure.
