I got extensions done here by Chay, she did a horrible job. When I left the hair salon she hair-styled me in a cute way where you couldn’t notice that I was missing extensions all on the top area. So basically she only put long hair at lower part of my head. I looked like a chicken head once I took the hairstyle down. I paid $500 for her service. I do not recommend her.

Heard about this place through social media, my girlfriend was looking for a place to get her hair done and I mentioned this salon to her, we did some quick research and decided to give it a chance, the girl who did her hair, Adriana; did an amazing job, my girlfriend loved the attention and detail she put into her job. My girl was super happy with her hair and so was I. If you’re looking for a new hair salon, you should definitely check this place out.

Waited 1 HOUR after our appt for the the OWNER chay to get their. Her co worker had to call her to come in for the appointment and i messaged her as well. She did NOT apologize. She also ask if I can send the picture to see if she can work on my hair wich i sent her everything in our messages . I did it even tho she asked to send it again.. . She said yes we can work with your hair after checking my hair and stated my hair was over processed from the previous hairstylist (which her co worker did my hair few months ago but didn’t know that until i told her) then said its my fault because I didn’t take care of it ..She talked to her co worker about how she was cleaning her house before coming because shes going to be tired when she gets home. (Im guessing thats the reason she came late). At the end the results DOES NOT look like I wanted and it literally looks like she left my outgrowing roots and just toned my hair. Still paid for it but will defintely not take my service their. Very rude service

Got my hair done by Adriana and was left with patches on my hair. She styled my hair before leaving the salon and she took a picture of it and it looked ok from the back but i had two totally different colors underneath. I msgd her about it as soon as i got home n noticed it and she said i must have done that myself with the straightening iron … i feel embarrassed walking around with my hair this way.

Adriana/Aubrey dont know which one is her name, ruined my hair too by telling me she was going to achieve my desired color. dont come here ladies or at least with her. My hair is a disaster and in knots all the time. Also she pulled on my hair when brushing it before and after I got it bleached.

I took my mom and sisters here to treat themselves and Adriana did an amazing job cutting my sisters hair, re-dying my mom hair and giving blonde hair to my other sister!! I will definitely come back thank you Obsession and Adriana ❤️❤️❤️

I just got my hair done here and I’m very dissaponted the guy Gaby damage my hair horrible he bleach my hair he did a hair cut horrible uneven I end up going somewhere also to get it fixed but they told me I had to wait because my hair can falles off
