Critical: QualityI was very surprised at the service I got here, I was not happy at all for the price that I paid. The staff was very kind, however their work is poorly lacking. Typically I go to a place in Florence that charges $25 for French tip manicure. The place in Florence uses a cuticle softener, and make sure that your cuticles are pushed back before they start. This place does not use the cuticle Pusher or softener. When he cut the acrylic tips for my nails they were extremely short, far shorter than I wanted. He worked extremely quickly, had my nails completed in about maybe 10 to 15 minutes the thing that I am most upset about is that he didn’t even clean up the underside of the nail with the Dremel tool. In all the places that I have been to they all clean up the extra goo that builds up under the nail. I had to borrow my friend’s tool and clean it up myself. Not to mention some of the edges far exceed my actual nail, so the goo hardened on top of my skin meaning these nails will not last long at all before they pop off or need to be redone. On top of everything when I left they wanted to charge me a ridiculous price of $40! Needless to say if I need to get my nails done again I will be going to Nail Capital in Florence, where they take their time to do your nails properly, and they only charge $25.
