I had Lasio Keratin done by Crystal. I have been going to this salon for years and Vilma was my hairstylist but she is no longer there. Crystal was very talkative and at one point I realized she may have missed the pieces in the very front of my ears, which I pointed out as being frizzy, she used the straightener on them. When leaving she said to wash out in 24hours. I remember the times I had it done previously I was told I could go a few days so decided to wait a,few days. I was still bothered by the pieces being missed and called when the spa reopened 2 days later. I spoke with the manager, instead of addressing the fact that the stylist missed the two strips on both sides of my face, she told me I should have washed it in 24 hours like I was told. Its as if the fact that Crystal missing the pieces in the front are now excused, and I am wrong and she will not correct it. I have recommended many people to this salon, many! I will not be doing that anymore! That was so sneaky…making the customer wrong when clearly the stylist neglected something. The manager heard her tell me to wash in 24 hours but didnt seem to hear me say, Crystal you missed the pieces in the front. Crystal has been there 18 months. Maybe she needs more practice. Shame on the manager for ignoring my complaint and making me wrong. Very manipulative!

I had a signature facial/dermabrasion with Ken. It was, by far, the best facial I have ever had – and I have had MANYof them over the years with my skin issues. He targeted and treated my specific skin concerns and I loved the products he used. But his facial massage was absolutely extraordinary and the extra details of massaging the hands, arms, decolletage and scalp was AMAZING!! I’m hooked and will be back !!!

Horrible experience here. I had the keratin treatment done and it was a complete waste of time and money. They charged me FIFTY dollars EXTRA for having long hair. The keratin did nothing but add a thick greasy layer of gunk on for a few days that made my hair feel like straw. God knows what cheap product they really are using in that place.
