First of all they don’t have their prices or fees posted anywhere. All they care about is taking your money. One day it would be 40 dollars then the second time the lady up sales for something stupid as removing the color off my nails. How stingy! If you plan to pay 40 dollars for your nails and then giving more than 20 percent gratuity then they might treat you well. Gratuity is a choice for the service given but they act like they are united to more than 20 percent. Also, they talk in their native tongue which I know they are gossiping. Very unprofessional.

I had a horrible experience!!!!! Not only was I VERY polite I explained what I wanted which was a manicure. I was Screamed at by the man who was doing my nails because I asked if he was going to clean my cuticles up. Then he started to clean up and told me to go to person who did my manicure before. When I asked woman at front if I may speak with a manager I was told ” No mngr. I asked for mngr phn # and was told mngr has No phn!” I felt discriminated against and was humiliated in front of 6 customers and 4 employees. I had to talk myself out of crying. I pray that no one ever has this type of experience. This was my MANICURE…… I would absolutely never recommend this business.. This was my 1st time in this entity.
