Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was feeling the symptoms of a migraine starting, so I left work and went here hoping a massage would help some. The place has plenty of parking and easy access. The interior is very well laid out and appeared very clean. I had no appointment so go lucky they had availability. I was greeted be a very nice lady who led me to the room. I told her I wanted a medium pressure massage and that I was going to take my hearing aides out and would be almost deaf to please get my attention if she needed to talk with me. She talked in her normal tones rather than the typical tones most places do which made it a lot easier to hear. The pressure was perfect and when she was done, the migraine symptoms were gone. On the plus side, I didn’t feel like I was caked in oils like I have at other massage places. I was feeling the symptoms of a migraine starting, so I left work and went here hoping a massage would help some. The place has plenty of parking and easy access. The interior is very well laid out and appeared very clean. I had no appointment so go lucky they had availability. I was greeted be a very nice lady who led me to the room. No funky business, no asking for tips in the middle of the massage and very very professional. Not fluent in english but interested in keeping the conversation going, so she can learn. experienced in the field and very attentive. she was able to release the tension in my back that’s been bothering me for a while. i forgot to ask her name but it’s the girl with the glasses. i took out on star because the light in the room was very bright, she even had a towel placed on that to reduce the brightness. i’ve been here a year back and i din’t like it then and recently heard the management and the masseuse was changed, so visited yesterday and absolutely loved it. No funky business, no asking for tips in the middle of the massage and very very professional. It’s not listed anywhere but they won’t see you for the service you already paid for in full unless they are able to harass and strong arm you into paying more. It’s not listed anywhere but they won’t see you for the service you already paid for in full unless they are able to harass and strong arm you into paying more. Fortunately I was able to get a refund through Groupon. Meanwhile, I discovered that they’ve been adding an $18 fee for people using the groupon. Shady and rude, I would not recommend.
