Checked them out online which included a full pricing list for each bed. Awesome! That’s super helpful. I went in today with the expectation that I would be able to purchase minutes rather than sessions. Apparently the website info is super old and they wouldn’t honor it. Now they only offer sessions not minutes. The girl at the desk even called the manager. Complete waste of time.

I love this place they always give me a great experience and my spray tan comes out amazing! The woman at the front desk is always so sweet on the phone and so helpful when you arrive.. I usually get the darkest spray and rinse it after 24 hours and it is always perfect!

Recently I went there to ask about the tanning packages. When I went in, the woman at the desk was on her personal phone talking to someone. She then blurted out “LAST NAME”!! I said sorry I’m not a Customer here I wanted to talk about packages. She then seemed annoyed like I was bothering her and said “I’ve gotta go” to the person on her phone. I started asking about packages and was asking questions about how packages work. I told her I used to work at beach bum and she snapped at me and said “beach bum sucks. They waste money by letting people use more than one bed on a package” as she was explaining some of the bulbs for some of the needs ive worked with already I said I was familiar with some of this to which she replied “Oh you think you know my beds better than me? Tell me admit them” thank goodness I was in a good mood walking in there or id6 have freaked out. She told me I need to Google stuff and then talk to her instead explaining things like a normal person. She just loved to say how wrong I was about everything and tell me to Google it. Needless to say, I will never give this woman my money and I don’t think anyone else should either.
