We needed to buy packages, and I’ve never seen anyone try so hard to discourage customers from buying something. They close at 8pm. We got there at 7:19. I guess she was ready to go home because the girl glared us down and growled “name”. We needed to buy packages, and I’ve never seen anyone try so hard to discourage customers from buying something. If I had not promised my daughter this before we go on a trip, I would definitely have waited and gone somewhere else.

Critical: Quality, ValueI Got the Vesa Spa double Dip… Definitely not happy wit the results. The sprayer didn’t spray evenly. I felt it as I was in the booth and I can see that it didn’t now. I am orange colored an splotchy. I also have streaks an big patches of white skin in wit my the orange colored skin. Versa Spa did a Horrible job. I definitely do not recommend Anyone getting in that booth! Only reason i have 2 stars is because I love their tannin beds. Not that Versa Spa nonsense! $42 wasted! I Got the Vesa Spa double Dip… Definitely not happy wit the results. The sprayer didn’t spray evenly. I felt it as I was in the booth and I can see that it didn’t now. I have since moved to Lexington Kentucky where I pay $40.59 for the top level monthly package. With that knowledge, I am better equipped to leave a review on the pricing at this salon.I agree with others that the new owners ran what was a good business, Express Tan, into the ground. They simply don’t care about your business because they bought out their competitors and know your only other option is to tan at planet fitness. ETA in response to owner below: My last package was purchased and used in April 2019, certainly not over 4 years ago, but I decided to make this review in relation to the manager’s recent social media activity that was very unprofessional. I have since moved to Lexington Kentucky where I pay $40.59 for the top level monthly package. With that knowledge, I am better equipped to leave a review on the pricing at this salon.

Critical: Quality, ValueBy far the absolute worst spray tanning booth I have ever entered and I have been in Manny versa spa’s but this location was absolutely disgusting meaning the outcome I waited 24 hours to shower I did not even soap much less use a washcloth because I wanted clear results night before I went in I shaved and exfoliated no lotion or cream or spray I did not get wet after I even wore rubber gloves when I washed bottles and this is the outcome OH BY THE WAY!!!
