Staff is very knowledgeable. The girl showed me each bed and explained the difference between them all. She knew her stuff! She was very approachable which made me feel welcomed! Store is very clean and nicely decorated. I love the beds at this location. Only place in Paducah to tan at other than Planet Fitness! It can be a bit pricey depending on which package you get but the bulbs seem to be changed often, and they are good quality beds! They only had a select few lotions to choose from the girl said because they were getting a shipment in soon. If you want a good tan, this is the place to go, and I definitely see a difference using their products. I lay in the level 2’s!

Never had a problem with any of the beds. They seem to keep the bulbs replaced when needed. It is usually very clean. I would give 5 stars but customer service is very important to me. There’s no longer any other tanning salons to compete with but customer service should be a top priority with any business, in my opinion anyway. This is not for all the girls who work there but I’ve come across a few that do not smile, are asking my name before I’ve fully stepped through the door, have a monotonous, one-worded exchange when speaking and no, “thanks” or “have a nice day/night” when I’m leaving. Like previously stated, most of the girls are sweet and polite. It should be part of the culture of the business for all of the employees to at least be polite/friendly.
