The owner has next to no professional customer service. I called to ask about cancelling my monthly subscription. She would not offer me a refund for the rest of the month and hung up on me before confirming canceling my automatic payments. I called again to discuss my concerns, and she told me never to come back and that she didn’t care, hung up on me again. I called again and my call was ignored. 3 times I have came in and the spray tan machine wasn’t working. I have had positive interactions with all of the stuff; besides the owner. She is the only one who has given me poor service. I sat in line with other people one day for ten minutes while she talked to a friend and never acknowledged us. Last week she ignored me entirely while speaking on the phone about a garage door, then when I told her I needed her to help me, she proceeded to go to the back and continue talking on the phone. Then when I made a review on Facebook, made sure to finally respond but not acknowledge hanging up on me twice and telling me she didn’t care about my concerns, also has still not offered me a refund. All the girls who work there are so kind, but the owner ultimately does not deserve your business. I’m not sure how she keeps getting my reviews deleted, but the city deserves to know her lack of respect and professionalism.

Revisited Oasis Tanning this evening- All In all it was a pleasant experience! The tanning salon was clean & well maintained. The woman working was pleasant, appropriate, friendly and answered the questions I had. The interaction with fellow customers was exactly the same- perfect! Awesome -relaxed- comfortable atmosphere!!!! The cons- a bit pricey …..HOWEVER: weekends are half price tans- an excellent time to try them out!!! Product selection is adequate- That said: quality of available products & staff knowledge of tanning products is a bit under par…. I would recommend trying Oasis Tan! I believe most will enjoy the experience

Best in town!! Whomever gave 1 star – must have been talking about the wrong place.. Oasis Tan is the best tanning place I’ve even been a member with. The owners are super friendly and down to earth. There are several tanning beds, spray tan, and upright tanning available – never disappointed with my tan – well kept, vacation like, facility. Conveniently located on South Federal (hw65) in Mason City. I would recommend to friends very highly!

This is a great place to tan! No monthly membership just pay as you go or packages if you’d like. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND THE OWNERS ARE SOME OF NICEST PEOPLE YOU’LL EVER MEET, VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY!!!!!
