I was told I could even my tan lines out in 3 appointments if I came each day and followed the routine set for me, and after 3 days there is little to no change and I have to get a spray tan on top of the 3 appointments, totalling over $80, $40 of which was wasted on the tanning appointments that I was lied to about. Critical: ProfessionalismI was just checking out places to tan and the lady asked me what I wanted to do. She had no information to give me and nothing to help with my tanning experience. Was not helpful and the bed I chose had to be cleaned before use. Not good customer service considering I’m new to the area and exploring options. No specials mentioned, not even a “hello” when walking in. All talking was basically done by me and I answered my own questions. I chose a pretty big bed. It looked nice on the outside- music volume button broken, listened to static. I should have asked to clean this bed myself because it would have been done the right way! I was just checking out places to tan and the lady asked me what I wanted to do. She had no information to give me and nothing to help with my tanning experience. Was not helpful and the bed I chose had to be cleaned before use. Not good customer service considering I’m new to the area and exploring options. Precious the owner answered the phone today had she not I probably would’ve not gone up there because a previous phone call left me less than excited about the prospect of spending my money there but she was amazing and so kind and sweet and fun I highly recommend going and talk to her about your tanning so you can be as excited as I am today

I love the Oasis Tan. I grew up close to it and the staff had always been super accommodating and polite. Kristen is my fav! Shes knowledgeable, great with conversation, and makes you fee right at home. The beds are always clean. It’s not a huge salon but plenty of choices of different beds and lotions. It’s worth the drive!

First time, tanning! I wasnt sure on what I was suppose to be doing. My experience at oasis tan was great. The customer service was amazing and they helped me figure out what would be best for me! On top of the amazing customer service, the beds were very clean! Highly recommend!
