I came here with a hair emergency after a friend recommended I call and ask for Wendy. Wendy was great got me right in and she the owner and another stylist helped tackle my curling iron nightmare in about 10 minutes and they were able to save all of my hair!!! I cannot wait to come back everyone was so friendly and kind. Thank you all!!!!

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have my haircut and colored. Scheduled me with girl who was returning from surgery. Got a call the Friday before my appointment that she wasn’t ready to return and another stylist was willing to cut and color my hair. She asked me to call and confirm on Saturday as they were closing for the day. I called the next morning only to be told that this stylist doesn’t work on Tuesdays. The girl on the phone tried to schedule me for another appointment but for some reason it took 3 times before she understood that Tuesday is the only day that works for me with my work schedule and their hours. The next appointment was 3 weeks out. Very disappointed as this place was highly recommended by several friends.

New to the area and Easter weekend was around the corner, I was in need of a haircut and hair coloring. I was so grateful that I was squeezed in last minute and my stylist was Wendy. Although they closed at 2 she was able to squeeze me in at 1:45 and did not rush. Wendy was interested in what type of haircut I had in mind and listened. The salon is very comfy and clean. My son had to make an appointment last minute Oasis Studio called back and they did an amazing job on his hair and will be doing future haircuts for them and dying has air and bleaching of the air I must give them a high rating for their customer service and the haircut was a very nice haircut thank you so much a waste of Studio One Hair Design

I had been a repeat customer at this salon, putting my trust in the owner to take care of my hair. Last December they were booked & I made an appointment with Wendy. She DAMAGED my hair to the point that it’s now almost 9 months later & am still trying to save my damaged hair. I asked for a refund, but was offered to return & repeat the service which only would have melted my hair right off my head in the condition it was in. I called & left messages for the owner to call me, no response. I talked to Wendy & said my hair was too fragile to re-do my hair, if I could have a credit to maybe spend in the salon & she said no it doesn’t work like that & to return in Feb or March. Needless to say it’s now the end of Aug & I haven’t returned & have gotten ZERO follow up with the salon to try to solve this issue. Sorry to say I will not return, I’ve found a salon & a stylist that is helping my hair recover from the damage that was done. Beware

I had my haircut and got a deep conditioning treatment on 10-28-2017 by Audra. She listened to my concerns and to what I wanted. I really like my haircut and had a very pleasant experience at the salon. I plan to go back and continue to see her for future haircuts. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I felt comfortable during my experience. I highly recommend this salon and my stylist Audra.
