This salon was recommended to me by a friend, since I’m new to the area. I made an appointment for a dip powder fill. I explained I had a tip on my current nails, and I wanted to have a tip this time because they weren’t long enough yet. The tech took over 45 minutes to take the dip powder off. Instead of putting acetone on a piece of cotton and wrapping each nail with aluminum foil, he filled up a bowl with acetone and had me just stick my nails in. He would take them out, try to dremel some off, and tell me ‘ok one final time in the bowl’ about 15 times. A service that should have only taken maybe an hour, took over 2. I had to ask him to redo a tip because the one he put on was falling off and it glued properly. My nails came out bumpy, the acrylic was all over my hands- never even asked if I could go wash my hands or offer to take it off. He said ‘that should come off once you wash your hands at home’ I was flabbergasted. Then he used the buffer on one of my nails and it ended up burning my skin, he continued after I pulled it away. The icing on the cake was him charging my card $45 too much. I paid $80 to have acrylic stick to my skin, skin burned by a buffer, and bumpy REALLY unprofessional looking nails. I’ve been getting dip powder for over 7 years and never have I had such a terrible experience. This is not a case of ‘you get what you pay for’, because my 8 year old could have done a better job. I will never return to this establishment. It’s an embarrassment.

Critical: Quality, ValueI had an appointment for a gel pedicure and full set with gel polish. The appointment cost $90, AFTER a $40 gift card was applied. Not sure what that was about considering the level of service I received. The nail tech was very nice, but my nails just look sloppy. She cut me on three separate fingers with the nail drill. Zero cuticle trimming was done and a LOT of excess acrylic was left behind around my nail. The right thumb nail is also completely crooked. Stopped in for a massage and facial. Facial was nice. Massage was literally the worst id ever had professionally. Ive had hundreds. She rubbed her hands lightly over me, (my husband does better!) and it didn’t last the full hour. She cooled the stones down. I did not like that. She didn’t know how to place them on my back appropriately. Idk how this place stays in business…clueless stay at home housewives I suppose. The people at the mall had cleaner massage rooms. After we were finished and I paid the $150!!!! I left and went straight to the Asians on the East End for a true stretching, deep tissue massage… that only cost me $60… if you travel a lot and need a good, deep massage, skip this place for that service…might be good for nails.

Love this place, it was my first time being there and they did an amazing job. My nails look great and I have gotten a lot of compliments. People ask where I got my nails done and I tell them Oasis Spa and tell them to go there sometime. I will most definitely be back here and maybe try some other services as well.

I am from Michigan (and used to get my nails done when I lived there) and didn’t know who to go to when I moved here, then my friend recommended Oasis Spa and it’s the best place I have ever gotten my nails done at. They are so friendly and answered all of my questions when I asked them what certain things are for. 10/10 recommend.

This is the best place to go to get your nails done if you like intricate designs or any type of nail art. It’s not cheap however if you want your nails done rite and a certain design then it is worth the price to me to get the quality of work done that you get here.
