Nobody answered the phone when I called the knightdale location. So I called the 800 number and got a quote for my vehicle. I drove my vehicle from archer lodge to knightdale got in the line of cars. When I got my turn I was told that they didn’t have the oil to complete my oil change. It’s a ram turbo diesel pickup truck. So I was pretty passed how I wasted my time going to this location for my oil change. I ended going to jiffy lube. Seems like a poorly managed Valvoline shop. I’ve been going to Valvoline for about 5 years now. I don’t think I’ll be using them anymore

I was in town on a business trip 1 week after a total loss collision and still aching from the crash. I decided to schedule an hour massage and had the pleasure of meeting with Yuki who was available and able to get me in at short notice. I explained to Yuki my reason for the visit and the magical healing of her hands began. She was very patient and checked on me throughout the massage to be sure she was applying the right pressure. I was able to continue with my business trip without the initial discomfort. I will certainly visit when I return next month on business.
