Critical: QualityMy first and only experience here was not good at all. I usually go to College Park, Md but was treated to this location for my birthday. I wasn’t sure what to do upon arrival and the hostess/receptionist wasn’t communicating very well. After being led to another room, I was given instruction and the masseuse left. Unfortunately, an argument occurred between staff and customers while I waited; and I could hear the entire event. I was extremely uncomfortable and it was impossible to ‘relax’ since there was only a door separating me from the argument. The masseuse left multiple times during my visit-which is time I paid for. My first and only experience here was not good at all. I usually go to College Park, Md but was treated to this location for my birthday. I wasn’t sure what to do upon arrival and the hostess/receptionist wasn’t communicating very well. After being led to another room, I was given instruction and the masseuse left. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe masseuse kept leaving during my massage which was very distracting and unprofessional, especially cutting into paid time. Also, I paid for a full body massage which includes front and back. The front was not serviced. The massage was okay but I will not be returning.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis Spa was a wonderful experience! The appointment was easy to make, and the Spa was spotless, very clean and professional looking. The massage was excellent! It was very relaxing and calming. Overall positive and pleasant experience! 5 stars plus!!!!
