I had a 75 minute massage, a facial, and eyebrow tinting by Janice. She was so sweet and caring. I’ve been to MANY spas and this was by FAR the best massage and facial I have ever received. As for my first time getting an eyebrow tinting, she did a lovely job and I am impressed with the results. I recommend this Salon and Spa to anyone in the area that needs a self care day in a relaxing environment. I plan on giving certificates to my loved ones. I will definitely be a forever customer.

I’m new to Dadeville and so glad I found this Salon! Had my first visit today for a haircut, with shoulder and scalp massage. My stylist was Lisa Williams and she’s marvelous. She really listened and didn’t rush through. VERY pleased and look forward to my facial in 2 days! Highly recommend!

If I could give a zero or even negative stars I would. This “salon” attempted to place hair extensions in my fiancé’s hair, however it was done so poorly and unprofessional that she was forced to have them removed at another location to try to mitigate her poor extensions. Not only were there large gaps on all sides of her hair, this “beautician” (or however she likes to style herself) glued the extensions to her scalp rather than her hair. Further, after showing reasonable dissatisfaction with her hair, all future appointments my fiancé had were canceled the next day without any reason, no call, text or anything to confirm she wanted them canceled but an email simply stating her appointments were canceled. The utter unprofessionalism and bad faith shown by the stylist is unacceptable. She is not willing to help, when again told about the dissatisfaction she simply blamed it on my fiancé saying it was her hair that is the problem and has never once apologized or accepted blame. She also didn’t place the extensions in her hair the right way, she had them stacked directly on top of each other and in V angles. This woman has forced my fiancé to endure a horrible reaction on her scalp because of the extensions that were stuck there, many costs, and many tears and this woman has done nothing but ask for more money. She should be refunding all of the money that was given to her in the first place because now more money has had to be spent to undue the damage she did. She did not handle this professionally at all and she did not perform at a level of an individual who should be allowed to touch others hair. She also tried to fix the hair by cutting the extensions and performed a horrible haircut ruining them. This is why my fiancé should be refunded for her extensions, the service, the pain and costs endured to fix it, and this woman should not be allowed to do extensions on another person ever again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, performance, and professionalism. A refund is the LEAST they can do. Not ask for more money!

Lisa Williams highlighted and cut my hair which is curly. It’s hasn’t been easy finding someone who can style my curly hair, where it lays & looks good. Well Lisa highlighted my hair beautifully (different from past stylists) and the cut was probably the best I’ve had in years! Oasis and Lisa were like finding a hidden diamond in the Lake Martin area !!!! Great work Lisa …thank you!
