Emily was very curteous and patient. I wanted a change and she did a good job. Downside, price is on the expensive side. Also, my husband bought a 200$ gift card and they don’t give back the difference. You must use it in the Salon on services or product.

Crystal is the bomb! She is beautiful, funny, extremely sweet and she is an amazing hairdresser. My hair was so damaged when I came to her. She has helped me so much with my fragile, crazy hair. She really listens to you and my hair has NEVER looked better or felt better than it does now. I would never go anywhere else! If you are looking for a new hair lady, call her!!!

I was looking for a place to do my hair since the lady that used to do my hair got sick an she can’t longer do it, so I heard about this place I went and tried to get an appointment the girl the works there told me to wait for a month that they will call me they never did. I had never saw and heard about a place that take that long to give you an appointment except for this that is sad, It will be more easy just for them to say we chose only specific clients. Very disappointed. I contacted the salon this morning and ask if I could book an appointment to fix a broken nail. The lady on the phone said to come at 12 noon. I arrived at 11:55 AM and was told that it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait by the nail technician. I waited until 12:30 PM and departed the salon as I had a meeting at 1 PM.

I had a appointment today to get my hair cut at 9:30 am! At 9:00am I received 2 text messages which read Hey Terri I had a emergency I can’t do you today I’m so sorry Wedding hair, so I responded back with, When can you do me? I waited all day and there was no response at all! My message was read but no response. I have been a customer for a long time I even went with Christal when she opened up her own shop. Recently I got shingles and I had a previous appointment with her last month and when I went in I told her that I had shingles and I never had to say a word but I did trying to be honest and Christal said she did not want to cut my hair because she had a new grand baby which I understood. I waited until I was completely over the shingles and rescheduled my appointment. I feel that 1) I was only a haircut and she would not make as much money from me which I always tipped her 2) she doesn’t want to cut my hair any more because of the shingles! I would of respected you more if you had just been honest with me. A haircut that would have taken probably 30 minutes! You don’t have to worry anymore I won’t be back and I pray you never have to experience the shingles! No longer your customer! I would have never done you that way!
