Critical: ProfessionalismOne customer, one stylist. One. Walk-in might be “welcome” but will not be served. No staff or intent for service for walk-in. I came at 8:50am and was told nothing until 2:30. That’s not walk-in service. I was prepared to wait as long as an hour, but not 5-1/2 hours.
