I don’t recommend this place especially if you are looking to get your hair straighetend. I recently got the Japanese treatment to get it permanently straightened and I am very much disappointed with how it turned out. After the treatment I had to wait five days before washing it and after washing it my hair wasn’t straight but it became frail and damaged and back to it’s original state if not worse than the original state my hair was in. This is not my first time getting my hair permanently straightened so I know what to expect after doing the treatment. I went back to the store to show and tell them about all this. Sonam was the hairstylist who did my hair and I showed her how the treatment didn’t work as my hair became curly and damaged. You can just tell how that it’s in a bad condition from afar. She wasn’t wiling to listen to what I had to say and kept arguing and claiming that it was due to the color in my hair. Once again this isn’t my first time getting it straightened with color on. She then claimed that since I had color on I should’ve gotten the keratin treatment instead of the Japanese one but why wasn’t this mentioned to me when I told her before the treatment began that I had color in my hair. They didn’t tell me anything along those lines and now they claim that Japanese treatment is too harsh for my hair type after the damage has been done. Not just that but she didn’t even initially wash my hair before beginning the treatment and when I told her this she kept denying this fact. She wasn’t willing to listen or understand or apologize for anything. I am very upset. As a solution to this damaged hair she said she would once again do the treatment for free in a month however I don’t want the treatment as I don’t trust them with my hair and don’t want it to be more damaged than it already is. I was really looking forward to this as I had an event to go to but I was just left disappointed. I will not be going back to them in the future.

Never visit this place. These women are racist, criticizing and badmouthing customers to their faces and behind their backs. They don’t mind offending customers with their silly comments. They offended and made fun of my sister, they spoke very badly of her while they laughed. They don’t have to care about your personal life or how you live it, but they are so involved that they want to know your whole life, they don’t have anything professional, they spend all the time talking to each other while they work for you, that’s why they take too long. The blonde-haired woman ruined my hair for doing a job in a bad way. She has no patience, she works in a hurry and in a bad mood, I iron her hair, it fell out a lot when she did it, she completely mistreated it. leaving me a terrible job. I left there very upset I spent too much money just to ruin my hair, it’s not worth it. Do not go!!! These women know nothing about hair, they just cut their eyebrows with threads.
