I love my massages here. They go the full hour (not 50 minutes like most) and no matter who I have, they do a wonderful job at a great price. The only thing I would recommend is that they put heated mattress covers under the blankets of the table so it’s a bit warmer for people like me who get cold.

Critical: ProfessionalismI sent my parents here for a couples massage after they had helped me complete a bunch of work on my new home in Westfield. They were so excited and said the massages were great… they tipped 20%, which is the standard amount. As my parents handed the ladies the cash tip, they had the audacity to say “that’s it?! you’re not giving us more?!”They were so caught off guard, my dad handed them another $20. My parents came home and told me what happened and I was shocked. Its one thing when someone doesn’t tip but when you’re tipped at 20%, it is EXTREMELY rude to ask for more money. So unprofessional.
