Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI walked in and I was told to wash my hands and I wasnt greeted at all. Id never been there before so I asked where and nail tech just said go to the back to sink. I heard them laughing after I told them i just wanted shellac and they were speaking another language and using the word shellac as they laughed. My nail tech didnt explain anything to me or ask me any questions on what exactly i wanted. He just said cut and i said just a little bit but he cut super short and didnt even shape it. I had to tell him after I saw he wasnt going to shape them at all. He also used a very course grinder and it hurt and when he polished my nails he was leaving a big space on the edges unpolished. His uv curing light was also really hot i felt my nails and skin burning and i had to remove them several times from the uv light box. Their equipment wasnt sterilized or sanitized. It was very dirty and gross there. I will never go back. They were unprofessional, unfriendly, and didnt seem to care about good customer service. It cost me 30$ and i still tipped but was not happy with their service at all! I also just had them done yesterday and one of my nails polish already chipped. I walked in and I was told to wash my hands and I wasnt greeted at all. Id never been there before so I asked where and nail tech just said go to the back to sink.
