Iris was the one who did my nails and I LOVE it!!! She earned a loyal customer. Unfortunately, we started the session late (because of situations that neither her and I could do) and it had to go past closing time. I felt terrible and I was worried that because of the time, the nails would be rushed. Thank goodness it wasn’t and she took the time to perfect the nails that I envisioned. I will definitely come back here and take the time to drive here (I’m not from the area).

This place was one of the worst experiences I’ve had getting my nails done. First off I waited around hour and half before getting my nails done. Usually I don’t mind waiting but no one said anything to me about how long it’d be. Meaning I wasn’t able to come back when they were ready for me and I was stuck waiting. When I finally got sat the last doing my nails was was nice but took around 2 and half hours to do my nails again and wad really rough with my nails I dont usually complain but I had been there around 4ish hours and was ready to go home. The thing that really did it in was the girl who was working the front kept asking me to pay mid getting my nails done. All of this resulting in a pretty awkward situation for me and her as I was trying to pull my card out with half done nails until lady gave in after multiple field attempts of me trying to carefully not mess up my nails while getting my card out of my wallet. I left with decently nice nails but lots of cuts on the side of my fingers and what eventually resulted in a fungal infection on my thumb. Isafe ti say I am not coming back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The time I arrive, I let them know I just need a fill. I understand there are people who may come in with appointments after me. Cool. No problem. HOWEVER there are customers arriving after me, asking for pedicures. The nail techs who perform manicure services are helping out with pedicures. I literally see them go from completing a full set to a pedicure, servicing those who came after me with no appointments. When I inquire about a wait time after ONE HOUR, he tells me it’ll be ANOTHER hour until I can get a full because “the people doing pedicures ONLY service pedicures.” I LITERALLY WATCHED THESE SAME TECHS DO FULL SETS. Needless to say, I calmly had to leave and keep my composure. I don’t appreciate being lied to and passed up, and I would hate to find out it’s because of my complexion compared to the several others serviced before me. Unacceptable.

Went today with my sisters and mother to the shop. Been here before so I wasn’t expecting any issues. But whoever was running the shop today has a serious problem. I don’t want to think it has something to do with my skin tone (I’m sure it does) but after today and reading reviews there’s a serious disconnect in the way they treat disabled and black customers. They have a big sign up that says they reserve the right to refuse service. Next time just refuse service instead of being rude the whole time. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere and telling everyone we know to do so.

Nothing to say at all but what a ablelist place. My mother has disabilities. And they were even trying to refuse to put nail polish on my mother’s feet. When I was trying to help my mother on the chair this lady was trying to grab my wrist!!! My mother had gotten many stares. And they were even talking about her Infront OF HER in there language. Me and my mother clearly understand they were talking about her. (Social cues) they lady who did my mom’s service was amazing. But at the front this Woman caught a attitude when we were simply trying to figure out what was happening on the receipt. My mother left sad and I will keep speaking up on this bc it’s TRULY sad. If ur a poc it makes it worse I literally can’t put it into words. But they care for u less

Critical: Quality, ValueId give zero stars if i could! My water was cold the whole time. When I told them they continued to add warm water every few minutes. My daughter had to wait til I was done to get hers. They offer kids pedicures but don’t have a kids chair so she sat miserably propped up by a lounger pillow that only the lord knows when it was last washed and/or sanitized . I went in for a pedicure and chose their $57 pedicure. Pretty pricey but it seemed to have lots of extras so I thought I’d treat myself. The technician, I didn’t get his name, was very rushed. He barely clipped my cuticle and cut my skin a few times. I’ve never experienced that with a pedicure. The package was supposed to include hot stones, a feet reflexology massage and a hot/ cold neck towel massage (not exactly sure what that is but figured I’d find out) amongst other things. When he was finished I realized I didn’t receive the hot stone, reflexology or neck massage and thought they misheard what I wanted and only gave me the $37 pedicure. They also never asked what scent I wanted. But no big deal. My toes were painted. Then I went to pay and they charged me $57. I said no I only got the $37 one. They pulled up the security camera and showed me the hot stones. You never see him use them. They are just on the cart. Then they said they don’t do the neck massage anymore because of covid. They argued and argued and I just paid and left. Terrible customer service. I was so taken aback by them using their cameras to “prove” their point. I’ve never had a nail salon have the need for cameras so this is clearly a common occurrence for them. Do not recommend!!!!

Firstly, the man that greeted me at the front desk had a slight attitude problem and it continued when he put aluminum foil on the tips of my fingers and accuse me of messing with the foil when it kept falling off. These people are shady and very dishonest. If customers start taking them to small claims court they will stop their shady practices. Make sure you know the total price of your service because when you go to pay they will add cost like finger nail polish remover. cuticle service, or nail repair which should be included in the nail service from their brochure. I went in to get a basic manicure service with no gel; just basic nail polish. I asked for the total price for the service. I was told $20 by the technician. When I went to the female technician for my pedicure, I was told that she will be finishing my nails after the pedicure. She told me if I wanted the cuticles cut it will be an extra $15. There is nothing in the brochure that says the cuticles are extra and the male tech had already told me the price. They are shady dishonest and have awful quality. When she did my nails, she barely filed them.
