Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the absolutely best experience I’ve ever had and I have been getting my nails done for 7 years. Dana is the sweetest nail tech I have ever had!!! She made me feel like a princess. She waxed my eyebrows and did my nails (dip) she was so gentle and kind and I felt valued not as just a customer but a person too. I will be returning to this location in the future and I highly suggest this location to other. 5 stars without a doubt!!Services: Dip powder, WaxingThis was the absolutely best experience I’ve ever had and I have been getting my nails done for 7 years. Been coming here on and off for years. The best pedicures around…until this time….Orca’s pedicure was terrible. I had visible skin hanging off my toes. The gel is peeling after a week. They looked awful and sloppy. All this and I show the front desk lady and she just stares at my feet and says nothing. So annoyed and not happy.

Always a great experience! Everyone is super friendly and quick to take care of anything you need. They’re my go-to for dip manicures and heavenly pedicures.

The best place around! All of the techs are great and it’s always clean! Make an appointment and you’ll be a happy camper! My dipped nails last 2-3 weeks easily here and before they’d last 2 weeks max with other techs. I always get compliments and the pricing is very fair!

Don’t bother going here for special events. I will start by saying that my nails, though nothing like I wanted, look nice. However, I heard “Can’t do,” “No,” “That’s too much,” “Can’t do!” over and over again. And even when I said, okay can you show me what you can do? I got so much attitude and rudeness. I was there for my wedding nails, along with my two daughters. I explained this was for my wedding. Even though I was asked, do you like this? I guess the only answer was yes. When I politely asked if we could move the rhinestones in a different direction (like the picture SHE selected), so many huffs and puffs and then a long stream of words, clearly about me, spoken in another language. At that point, I asked her to do whatever she wanted and just finish as I clearly was frustrating her. It was overall an expensive and unpleasant experience. Even though I’ve been coming here off and on for the last 5-6 years, we won’t be back.

I have been coming here since it opened and was managed by Kim but since she has left the customer service and quality of service has gone downhill. DO NOT pay for a higher priced pedicure because you will still get an average pedicure. I paid for the Volcano pedicure and was finished in less than 30 minutes. When I was honest to let them know for future customer’s sake, the manager was not willing accept what I had to say. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Everytime I’ve had acrylics or drip on my hands it has been fine. Last week I got a pedicure and got an infection on my toe from it. Clearly they don’t use sterile tools and now I’m in pain on antibiotics and hoping I don’t have to have surgery to decrease swelling. Pedicure, Manicure, Dip powder, Acrylic nails

Had an appointment and they were very slow getting to us. Girl I had stayed on her head phones talking to someone on the phone. When she finished with my nails she walked off and didn’t say a word. Had the dip and nails chipped off after 4 days. Girl doing pedicure said hi and that was it. Pedicure, Manicure

I had a gift card for $120 to go here so I figured why not. My first impression was that the decor was a bit outdated. The salon is right by a train track. The tracks are literally behind the salon so I’m thankful a train did not pass through during my visit. All of the staff were very friendly. The prices quoted before hand $25 one pedicure, $30 for two manicures, $10 for small designs on daughters nails, $20 for small designs on my fingers and toes. I showed the technician a picture of what I wanted for my nails and she was able to achieve both looks for my toes and fingers. The toes were gel with french tips and a basic design on the big toe. The design was a little smeared. The fingers were dip and one thumb has an odd diagonal streak in it. My fingers got cut a couple of times with the electric filer. My pinky and ring finger are still a little red today. Somehow the total before tip came out to exactly what my gift card had on it which seemed outrageous. No hand or arm massage and the foot and leg massage at most was five minutes and was a light rub. At other salons, I’m used to getting the hot stone massage, deep tissue massage on arms and legs, parafin wax bag, nice lotion and scented epsom salts, and a neck massage for less than what I paid. I asked for gel for my daughter and once she was alone, they said they could only do the dip because her nails were too short which is unreasonable. She asked for a basic design and they were unable to achieve this. They added a different design on two nails and my daughter seemed okay with that but a little disappointed for it being her first experience at a nail salon.my daughter only got her fingers done and finished around the same time as I did. It seemed like it took far too long for hers. I normally feel refreshed and relaxed after leaving the salon but I didn’t this time.

Went for pedicure midweek. They were not busy, but the older lady that did my pedicure was very aggressive. She kept telling me relax and I tried, but it never seemed to meet her expectations. She would grab my ankle and appeared annoyed. It was NOT a pleasant experience:(
