I saw Tracy and she was so informative about every part of the process and how it affected my nails. She was so professional and easy to talk to as well! She really took pride in her work and her salon. I am so beyond impressed and can’t wait for the next time that I see her. I have never had a better experience getting my nails done. I saw Tracy and she was so informative about every part of the process and how it affected my nails. She was so professional and easy to talk to as well! She really took pride in her work and her salon. I am so beyond impressed and can’t wait for the next time that I see her. I look forward to becoming one of her regulars (she knew every person that walked in by name and knew details from their lives). Honestly, the best nail salon in Boston and beyond!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI will never give this salon my business again due to the owner Tracy’s unprofessional, dishonest, and condescending actions. I scheduled an appointment with Tracy for me and my daughter. This was our first time visiting the salon. Tracy contacted me while en route to the salon to ask if we could arrive earlier then our 7pm appointment. She cited that she could take us earlier than scheduled. Upon entering the salon Tracy did not identify herself. However she had two other nail techs waiting for us as they were the ones to do our nails, as opposed to her whom we had the appointments with . Of course Tracy did not advise me of this switch of plan when she contacted me en route to the salon or upon arriving to the salon. The two ladies were nice but did a rush job on both our nails. Because they were very sweet and engaging throughout our time there I did tip them despite the unsatisfactory work. Tracy, every customer new or old should be treated like a valued customer during each and every visit to your salon. Your actions was dishonest, unfair, and extremely unprofessional. For that you have lost two customers and many many more referrals to your establishment. I will never give this salon my business again due to the owner Tracy’s unprofessional, dishonest, and condescending actions. I scheduled an appointment with Tracy for me and my daughter.
