Nails were all shaped differently and the tech did not do as I asked. The gel started lifting within 4 days. Went back and manager fixed the shape and lifting. Three days later the tip chipped on index finger and the gel lifted on thumb. Very frustrated with my first experiences. Gel manicures

The experience wasn’t worth the $89. Dollar I paid. I got the deluxe pedicure. With gel polish.the guy who did my pedicure. He cut me on 4 of my toes and made me bleed all he did was dip my feet back in the water and when I told him it hurt he bush me off like it didn’t matter.The he proceed to put the extremely hot towel on my leg and it was very hot when he put on my legs..The guy who did my manicure did an alright job but I notice they don’t sanitize none of their tools.after 3 days my 3 of gel polish nails peeled off so I won’t ever go back and waste my money

So the wife and I decided to go and get a pedicure done today. So we checked out the Oasis mail and spa in Zephyrhills. The staff was very friendly the minute we walked in the door. At the very front the have a price list up on the wall with the service they offer. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. The chairs for the pedicures are massage chairs so that is very nice. They also line the foot spa with a plastic liner so they are nice and clean. The lady who did my feet did a great job and we will be back again

I tried to give this shop a chance since I recently moved to the area. The first time I was there they did my nails only (they were beautiful) but the customer service was not the best. The nail tech was not friendly but i was like that’s okay she did an awesome job. Cameback for refill… The guy reshaped one nail crooked and one nail was fatter than the rest. Cameback a week later to have the shaping fixed and to give the pedicure a try but they recommended another refill (how??). I was ready to switch the nail color anyway so I was like okay… Lets do it. The lady was short with her responses and even got a lil snippy with me. The same lady proceeds to do my pedicure which only lasted for about 15 mins. During my pedicure I noticed that she did not put cuticle oil on my hands so they were looking dry and rough. I asked her if they no longer provided cuticle oil. She than quickly squirted some on my hands. When wrapping up my pedicure the lady drops a towel on both legs (did not shake the towel or wrap it around my leg) after a few seconds I had to remove the towel because it was super hot. I said then that I would not return however I broke a nail the day before an event. I cameback for a nail repair (a week later). Same lady again. She spent 15 mins trying to find my nail color and begin rolling her eyes when I asked about certain colors. I called her out about her attitude politely. They then said they could not find the color. So since my nails were in a two colored pattern… I asked could we change the color on a couple of nails to make it work. The lady in the right at the front desk stated yes but it would be at my expense. Even though I did not feel it was right… I was like whatever I will pay it …I am just ready to go… But out of nowhere the nail tech (the second lady on the right) finds my nail color. Smdh. Do better people pay a lot of money to be dealing with the attitudes and half a** service.

Will NOT be back! This is the 3rd time I’ve booked an appointment and I STILL had to wait at least 30 minutes. What’s the purpose of booking an appointment?! Then, there’s the price increase that they don’t tell you about and the new prices aren’t posted. There is no way in hell I would’ve paid $38 for a fill-in. When I asked about the price increase, she stated it’s because of the new year. Really?! Customer service is non-existent. I don’t expect us to be besties, but a “hello” or “welcome” would be nice to hear if someone’s patronizing your business.
