The service was terrible. When I walked in they said they didn’t have availability to do the dip but could soak them off. That was fine with me seeing it’s Valentine’s Day weekend I didn’t expect them to squeeze me in. After she’s done soaking them she tells me she can do the dip, she moved another appointment. Awesome, I say okay thank you and she starts my nails. This was only the second time having dip on my nails so I wasn’t super familiar with the process. Any time I would ask a question I was met with an annoyed response. After this happening a few times I just stayed quiet and let her finish so I could leave. I still tipped 20% but I will not be back. I never asked her to make time for me, she choose to do that. If it was such an inconvenience she could have easily just let me soak my nails and leave.

DONT GO HERE! They did a bad shape and painted them bad. The lady was really rude I would tell her what I want and she would tell me what she wants to do and do that instead….. I had to go home and redo them alllll and even now I have bubbles forming.. she didn’t cut my cuticles. She also didn’t even look to see if the nails were the same size on both hands… idk maybe I’m just a complainer but when you have no money and pay 50$ for nails you kinda wanna be happy about what they look like.
