Oasis used to be my favorite place to get my nails done and then they started to get lazy. I haven’t been there in maybe 3 years but unfortunately someone gifted me a gift card to use and I didn’t want it to get wasted so I thought a pedicure was the safest option and man I was wrong !!! This was a $40 deluxe pedicure. Absolutely shredded the skin on my big toe and didn’t clean up any of the nails. While I was thinking about the cut on my toe I didn’t even realize she didn’t buff or trim any of my nails ?? The lady felt bad for sure but no discount or paying More attention to my nails? Glad I used I used a gift card cause I feel bad for people spending $40. I’m too nice to speak up in person so I know that’s on me but how do you let someone walk out looking like this.

I had a gift card for here, the service is okay at best. I was not welcomed when I walked in. I was really rushed to pick a color… he stood next to me, watched, and pointed at random colors saying this is cute. I did not get my cuticles trimmed. The dip was not evenly rounded, I have a couple very FLAT spots. While he was doing my nails I heard THREE phone calls where the call taker had to tell the person on the other end that they can come back in and get it fixed. I love the dip I chose but it was so sloppy I had to peel a lot off my skin. He attempted to put cuticle oil on at the end but I looked before I “rubbed it in” and there was nothing on my cuticles. No hand massage. And the hand washing station smelt like sulfur. On top of it all, I had worked a long day and I fully relax when I get my nails done… but this guy looks up at me and says “You look tired.” His only tip was about to be “How to be polite to paying customers 101” but I held my tongue. He rushed and did 1/3 way decent job. But hey, it was the cheap so I guess you get what you pay for and the dip covers the mistakes pretty well.

I was so happy with my nails the Friday before Mothers Day. Went this past Friday so that I could get my nails done before a Celebration. Went with my daughter and they completely ignored her. After 30 minutes and others going before her without an appointment. I asked “what about her” they quickly did her nails and 2 days later they peeled off.

This place completely overcharged me (literally $85) to then not even use the right acrylic powder they took the cheap way out and used clear and just painted over it instead of doing what i actually asked. Also they made me feel super unwanted if you’re a person of color i wouldn’t recommend this place. On top of all that i tipped $20 because i felt bad on how long it took and he didn’t even say thank you. so i walked out short $105 bucks and unhappy with the results. This place is a complete scam

I was a first timer here tonight. I typically get dip nails every 3 weeks, but I wanted to give my nails a break. I asked for dip removal and then just a regular manicure with red polish for the holidays. See pics for my manicure. The polish was lumpy, smudged, and uneven. The existing dip was not all removed and the technician asked me several times if it was okay. My nails were jagged and not smoothly filed. I soaked to remove my exiting dip for at least 20 minutes, and the technician made comments how dead and dry my skin was…should have just gotten another set of dip for $10 more. Highlights: I was a walk-in and they got me right to a chair! The place was very clean and every worker was super friendly.

I got my nails done 4 days ago, one just broke so easily. Before the nail broke it already looked like I needed a fill. Plus the HORRIBLE customer service. I will never come back to this nail salon, never in my life have I went to a nail salon and felt so uncomfortable and unwanted. The prices on the website and in person are INCORRECT and I was way overcharged. Never again, don’t waste your time or money!

I love going to oasis nails. They are very fast. I never have to wait. They have plenty of techs. Lots of dip powders to choose from. Dip has been my favorite because my nails are long and healthy now. They so also do all of the other nail styles. I have had all of techs there and they all do a good job.

I hate to give this place anything but a 5 star review because normally I have the best experience here.
