What happened to this place ?! It used to be so great and busy all the time. 1030 on a Tuesday only one guy in there and one lady showed up at 1130 as I was leaving. Some guy who seemed like he had never done nails in his life did my manicure. Very sloppy rushed and rough. I asked to have someone different do my pedicure and it was like begrudgingly they got someone else to do it. What a disaster. The guy jumped up before finishing with top coat and stormed off mad and went to the back and was yelling ! Everyone seemed sad and mad working there. Needless to say, won’t be back.. It’s not cheap to go do and not an every day thing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else with better skilled nail technicians and better customer service.

Great service, speedy team, great looking nails. You are not ignored or made to feel like a number but a client. Everyone in the place is great at eye contact and making sure you understand. 1st time visit and will be returning to Jennifer and Tina.

The guy doing my nails did them crooked. I got dip powder with tips, the way he did the dip is lumpy. My nails are uneven sizes. When I tried to politely ask him to fix it, he basically ignored me. Will not be going back. Acrylic nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityTina did my nails. I asked for acrylic, she did dip instead and did not file the nails properly creating flat apexes. This resulted in two of my nails breaking in less than a week, and lots of pain. As a nail tech, I prefer to do my own nails but I have recently moved so I decided to give this place a chance. They reuse the same tools on each client, and I know that because I WATCHED her use the same nail file on two other clients before me.
