Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBoth of the ladies who completed my daughter and my pedicure were kind and did a decent job. The only thing I didn’t like is that I selected the deluxe pedicure and still had dead skin in a place that it should not have been. This was not worth $32.It was the manager or supervisor that made the experience uncomfortable. See those pretty comfortable looking massage chairs in the pictures, apparently you are not supposed to select any setting but auto. I only found this out because the manager walked over without saying a word and changed me and my daughter’s settings which were where we wanted them to be. She proceeded to tell the lady working on my feet that it would tear it up if I used any other setting which does not make sense. It would have been more professional to ask me if I didn’t mind if she adjusted it. I just cut it off after that as I was made to feel unwelcome. Both of the ladies who completed my daughter and my pedicure were kind and did a decent job. The only thing I didn’t like is that I selected the deluxe pedicure and still had dead skin in a place that it should not have been. This was not worth $32.

Critical: ValueI will NEVER go here again!!! I wasn’t offered my wine that was INCLUDED in my pedicure!! I wasn’t asked did I want a design for my toes. And my nail set was misshaped and horribly painted!! I was told that no one at the shop could do designs after they were atrociously painted. I was argued with about what I knew I said I wanted!! I’m used to paying for quality and that just was NOT given!! $87 wrongfully spent!!Services: Pedicure, ManicureI will NEVER go here again!!! I will NEVER go here again!!! I wasn’t offered my wine that was INCLUDED in my pedicure!! I wasn’t asked did I want a design for my toes. And my nail set was misshaped and horribly painted!! I was told that no one at the shop could do designs after they were atrociously painted. I was argued with about what I knew I said I wanted!! Critical: ProfessionalismReally wish I could give 0 stars. I arrived to the Oasis Nail Salon at 6:50 pm after a simple google search to note their time of closure. Their Google close time said 8pm. I was meeting my mother there to get pedicures, and I happened to arrive before her so I decided to go ahead and go in to write down the services we wanted. When I arrived I seen on the door that they closed at 7:30 pm. I entered the door at exactly 6:50 pm, and the individual at the front sign in stated to me that “we just closed 20 to 30 minutes ago”. So I stated “oh, your Google time says 8:00 pm” He stated “No actually we close at 7:00 pm” (after he said they closed 30 mins ago) I pointed to the door and said in return “But the door says 7:30” he then stated “well it will take us thirty mins to finish the people we already have and by that time we will be closed” (which was now a third different closing time) I responded (now at 6:52pm) “so you don’t want to take me because you close at 7:30?” To which he said “yes”. To sum it up that was the most confusing and unprofessional experience I’ve encountered at a “place of business” I don’t understand how you can change hours of operations based on who you want to offer your services to because – all money is green..but hey, they will never have to worry about my business whether it’s 6:50 am or pm. ‍♀️Services: Pedicure, ManicureReally wish I could give 0 stars. Really wish I could give 0 stars. I arrived to the Oasis Nail Salon at 6:50 pm after a simple google search to note their time of closure. Their Google close time said 8pm. I was meeting my mother there to get pedicures, and I happened to arrive before her so I decided to go ahead and go in to write down the services we wanted.
