I highly recommend Henry! He is very sweet, polite, and always does a 10/10 job on my nails! He always makes sure that he is not hurting me when doing my nails or taking old ones off. Near two year customer lost. Tech went to town over filing my nails completely filed off the actual nail in the process. Guy in charge wanted to fix it with white nail polish underneath ♀️ ♀️ it looked like a bad white out job and I still paid close to full price.

The first time i went they did great, no problem. The second time i was not happy with my manicure! Pedicure was great but the lady that did my nails rushed threw it and made them extremely thick and wide. NOT worth $100! Then i get home to get ready for our vacation (witch is why i got them done) and i go to pull out laundry and brake a nail. This shouldn’t happen on the same day i get them done! I’ve never had that problem before…. I couldn’t go back that same day cause we were leaving so i go as soon as we get back (3 days later). They went ahead and fixed it for free but with an Attitude, but the lady couldn’t find the right color that i had on my other nails so she just found one that was “close” i keep telling her that that wont match… she said “yes it match”. All done and not at all a match. I still have nails chipping and braking and only got them done a week ago! I will NOT be going back!

I came in for a quick polish change in my toes.The lady who did the polish change was very short and didn’t speak to me at all not even hello. I then asked if I could stay seated to dry my toes. Since, they had just been polished. She stated I needed to pay first then I could dry my toes at the table. I have no problem with that at all but it’s all in how you speak to someone. Will not be returning.

On Dec 11 I went for a Gel mani and pedi. I had booked an appt for 1200. Upon arrival they it became apparent no one had written it down. However, all good they were able to get us(my friend and I) in. All in all the experience was ok, nothing to memorable as in I don’t even remember a massage. Fast forward to yesterday(Dec 17) and the gel on my nails started lifting on a couple of nails. Today(Dec 18) I had no choice but to peel one off completely and it peeled off with ease. So I gave them a call and explained the situation. I was immediately met with “why didn’t you call sooner”? Well um…as explained it just happened and it’s only been a week. No offer to make it right, just continued blame me and that it’s already been a week and they won’t fix them. I told them if I had paid for regular polish I can understand but the entire reason I paid extra for gel is for them to last over a week. They still refused and he hung up on me. This was the first and last time I will ever go there.

Walked in today for my 2nd time ever as I’ve been looking for a new nail salon close to my new home. Came in for a fill and asked for the same lady I had the first time. The man who greeted me at the door with much attitude said, I dont know who that is. I pointed to the back and told him it was the woman sitting in the last chair. There were 0 customers inside and all the techs were sitting together at the back. He rolled his eyes, looked back and back at me and said you should remember your techs name. I told him it was my 2nd and Last time coming in and walked out. Terrible customer service, especially when there’s no business in the establishment to begin with. Made the trip to my regular salon instead.

I’ve been here a couple times and I love that everything is always super sanitary, the service has always been very good but today I had Cindy and she was amazing! She took her time and really took care of me today, I like never fall asleep during service and I was today lol definitely recommend this place and her! Book with Cindy!

I have been getting my pedicures here for over a year This will be my last time coming , the lady that’s doing my pedicure is rushing . I never had this experience before , everyone has always taken their time and did my feet properly. It’s takes 30mins to get here . This is not acceptable

Went today and the nail tech was Lynn. She was GREAT! Super nice and never rushed. She made sure I was liking my nails every step of the way. The only complaint was the extra charge for long nails. I’ve never paid $30 extra just for long nails. But besides that upcharge I would recommend Lynn for a nail set.
