I’ve had a very stressful six months and booked a package as a treat for myself. I would rate the services 5 stars: both people did an excellent job. The facial was great, and the massage was outstanding. So relaxing and just what I needed. However, upon check out a mistake was made on my bill. Mistakes happen; that was OK. What was not OK was the condescending, arrogant, and rude young woman at checkout who stated emphatically that I was the one who was incorrect. Even though her manager credited by card, she never apologized and acted very put out. I left not feeling relaxed after all. So disappointing. I rate that part of the experience a 1.

What a wonderful spa and experience. Beautiful atmosphere and very clean. My lash lift results are exactly what I hoped for. And it has lasted so long! Front desk and reception was spot on. I had to call because I got a little turned around finding their new location. But I was quickly given perfect directions and was there in no time.

Met stylist/artist Ryan today for the first time, and not only is he super awesome and easy and enjoyable to hang during his great cut, but he gave an amazing haircut – first time ! Usually it takes stylists more times to get my cut where I feel comfortable. But he did it right off the bat and better ! Would come here a million times again if were in the area much much longer. Also the salon is more mellow and laid back and better priced than the average in the area. Some salons here seemed uptight when called them. TK U Ryan – you’re a ROCk star !

Not very welcoming service. I was coming in 3 times, and could not get information I asked for, no one contacted me (they promised to call back). Then I was trying to purchase a gift massage and all the slots I needed (they work only on Saturday during the weekends) were booked month ahead. And I was not offered any alternative, a waitlist if the slot is available just kind of “no slot, sorry”. Not the level of service one could expect. Oh well.

I called in asking about their prices for Chemical peels. The woman put me on hold them came back and said it was $87. I asked if she was sure because they are usually over $200. She came back again and then said $120. I asked if I could speak the the aesthetician to find out why it was so cheap. She was very rude that I requested that then put me on hold again. When the aesthetician came in I asked why it was so cheap because I said you usually get what you pay for. She too was very rude. But I said I would call around and probably call back to take the 1:30 appointment they said was open. 6 minutes later I called back and it went strait to voicemail. I left a nice message asking if I could take that time slot and if they could call me back. Well no call. I called back 8 times and it said it would not take my call. I waited 10 minutes then called back. When the receptionist answered my call she was very rude again and said that the 1:30 appointment was miraculously filled. So I asked if I could come in later that day and she rudely said their were no more appointments available!! Not only have they lost a customer but best believe I will use my voice and my pen to let everybody know that their customer service is sub par and they are extremely rude!! You will get better service at Massage Envy!!
