EMBARRASSED. I sat patiently waiting for my turn for 25 minutes during which two Caucasian gentlemen came in, one of which I had a GREAT SPORTS CONVERSATION with. I always get 30 min. massages on the table and tip well for service. However THIS DAY Both were being offered service before me as if I nor my time mattered. I’ve been a loyal customer over 12 year. TODAY WAS MY LAST DAY. I DIDN’T MAKE A FUSS… I SAID THANK YOU TO THE GENTLEMAN FOR THE CONVERSATION AND LEFT. People deserve to be treated with RESPECT at all times regardless of how they LOOK based on CLOTHES or THEIR SKIN COLOR!!! SAD. I really liked it here, but that’ll NEVER happen to me again HERE. IT’S A SHAME ROBOTS TREAT US BETTER THAN HUMANS… how do I know? BECAUSE THE MALL MASSAGE CHAIRS WELCOMED ME WITH OPEN ARMS!!!! NuffCed.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy experiences have been great, but communication is difficult at times. Many of the massage therapists speak very little English. I haven’t quite figured out how to ask for less or more pressure. I use a lot of hand gestures. Otherwise, the place is clean, the prices are reasonable, and the massage therapists work really hard. My experiences have been great, but communication is difficult at times. Many of the massage therapists speak very little English. I haven’t quite figured out how to ask for less or more pressure. I use a lot of hand gestures. Otherwise, the place is clean, the prices are reasonable, and the massage therapists work really hard. They prefer cash over card, but do take cards. Love that you can walk in and usually have no wait. There are the chairs where they do the quick back massages, the foot massage area and the tables for full body massage. Bring earplugs if mall noise bothers you. Prices are $1 per min. If you do a couples massage, get separate rooms if available so the therapists do not talk to each other during the session.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI’ve had schedule conflicts since massage businesses opened back up with my regular spot, so I NEEDED a massage… I was first impressed that a person actually answered the phone when I called the number listed for them. When I arrived, a gentleman promptly showed me the service list. I requested an hour full body and an hour of reflexology. Both services were AMAZING! Recently, I’ve had a lot of foot pain as I walk often for exercise, waiting tables, and I’m just not as young as I use to be….. Long story short…. MY BODY NEEDED EVERY BIT OF PRESSURE APPLIED TO IT AND MY FEET FEEL BRAND NEW! The therapist showed me the reflexology chart; so hopefully, he has healed my whole body! LolI don’t consider it a negative, but their English isn’t that great but one guy’s verbal expression and reception is good enough to communicate about services. When I made a comment that he didn’t understand about my leg tickling, he promptly attempted to go get someone, but understood my body language to know it wasn’t necessary. When it tickled on the next leg, he understood my body language and laughed with me this time. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! I have been going to Oasis for several years now and it’s the only place in Charlotte I get a massage at. A lot of times they actually have a few chairs set up in the bottom level of Carolina place Mall towards the Dillard’s. A main part of their business is upstairs next to Aunt Anne’s pretzels and they offer chairs and private rooms with tables. They also feature a foot baths and foot massages in the back. Some massage therapists are better than others but generally they are all well trained. The cost for a massage is basically around the dollar a minute. They get pretty busy on the weekends but during the week you can walk right in and get a massage with no wait time.

Let email know firm pressure or soft and you’ll get an amazing massage. Just got a 15 minute and it was phenomenal. I gave them a little feedback at they followed up with exactly what I wanted. Be prepared to feel relaxed when you get back up!
