It’d be nice if the place could actually pick up the phone to make your reservations. Called multiple times after 5 when they opened. No answer. Left a voicemail and continued to call 7 more times with No answer lmao. Not even a call back like their voice-mail says they will. But this gave me the assurance to not come back. Visiting twice before I noticed the people working looked like they were itching for their next fix. I tried to look past it but not answering from the moment the place opens, missing calls through out the night, tells me why.. im all set. Good luck and may the people who actually get their reservations in, enjoy that experience.

Yes they have limited hours and it’s hard to get through to schedule a time – but if you’re persistent and keep calling, eventually they will answer from Wed-Sun 5-11pm. There is one lady who appears to be in charge of the place and she keeps busy. My best advice is book the first room of the night, as the hot tubs are cleaned nightly. If you book first appointment the. You get a clean tub. Later in the night not so much.

It is always a relaxing, enjoyable experience to dip into one of the amazing hot tubs at Oasis. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I come here as often as I can and hope to continue for many years to come. The perfect way to follow up a dinner date with the husband away from the kids and melt the stress away. Highly recommend!

Never return calls. Let people stay over time and try to make you pay it. Front desk is ran by junkies. The screen was already broken we mentioned it upon inspection and she said she would f8x it. After getting in our rooms 45 minutes AFTER our alloted time we left early after watching what we thought and looked like a 12 yr old boy leaving with a older man. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
