Great experience! After a 2 day hike we wanted to spoil ourselves and chose to come to oasis! I had never been before, called ahead and made a reservation. It was easy to get checked in when we got there. The changing room was clean and smelled nice. We had a lovely outdoor room with a fireplace! It was awesome!!

This was my first time hot tubbing in many years. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. The tub and inside room was clean and private. The only sort of negative is that the tub didn’t have as many jets that I would have liked but my wife and I still found it relaxing and enjoyable.

Oasis Hot Tub Gardens (Grand Rapids) is my favorite escape from reality spot in GR. Everything is so clean and sanitized when we arrive. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a perfect experience. I’ve never not encountered a smiling face upon entry or exit from the building. The staff completely make coming to Oasis a better experience.

What a fun and unique idea! We really enjoyed the access to a hot tub and really appreciated the cleanliness of the facility. It is a bit expensive, but is worth the price with friends. The water was hot and offered music for indoor and outdoor listening.

We absolutely loved our experience, online reservation was easy to use, check in was smooth and quick, the staff was very friendly and informative. The hot tubs were well maintained and the space you have is private and very clean. We loved being able to take a shower after soaking. Absolutely can’t wait to go back and try out the other themed rooms!
