I had the best experience here with Patricia. It was my first massage here. She took time at the beginning of the session to ask about my needs and what I wanted/epected out the massage. She had the most kind, caring and calming character. She is amazing. If you need a relaxing/ theraputic massage make an appointmnet with her. She assured me that ALL of the massage specialist were great, but I had to share my experience. Everyone of the staff that I interacted with were very professional and so sweet. Highly recommend!

It was very easy to book online (which is my preference) and when I decided have a friend join, they were incredibly accommodating, letting me add an appointment. All of this was same day!!! From the moment I walked into Oasis Spa, I felt so relaxed. The atmosphere is so calming. The staff is beyond friendly. You are greeted with a warm welcome as soon as you walk in and everyone is smiling and happy. I was fortunate enough to have a facial with Amanda. She was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about skin care, super nice, and created a very relaxing environment. I left feeling so refreshed and my skin is glowing! I would recommend Oasis Spa to everyone!

I went to Oasis today for my first ever facial. My Esthetician was Amanda and she was fabulous! My skin feels 10 years younger today. Amanda was so gentle and so professional. She put me in a complete state of relaxation and made my skin glow. I walked out of Oasis feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I cannot wait to get my next facial. BEST SERVICE IN ALL OF HAMILTON! And I must say I have tried almost everyone there, and I’m obsessed! I’ve had Dianna the owner, Arielle, Patricia for massage And facials and I’ve seen Toni for a facial as well! Still a couple more therapists to try tho!! I signed up for a membership ( more affordable then hand and stone) so I’ll be trying the others soon! Also I really enjoy the ambiance and decor on the spa is cozy and inviting and the plants really give it an oasis feel!!! From the moment you walk in your greeted kindly and they even have a little snack area next to the water for customers which I thought was a nice touch too !! For anyone wondering if they should book DO IT !!l

This is the best place I have ever visited. Let me start by saying, I made an appointment for my birthday but my boyfriend surprised me with a getaway trip. I immediately called Oasis to cancel my appointment and Miss Patricia was so accommodating that she rescheduled me for the following week. I am so happy she did. Miss Patricia is kind, considerate, caring, knowledgeable, professional and knows exactly what it is she was doing. I told Miss Patricia exactly my concerns in reference to my face and she understood. I have had a couple facials before but nothing like Miss Patricia’s who also recommended me products to use on a day to day basis. During my facial Miss Patricia also give me a hand and foot massage and let me say (I felt I was in heaven). I also love that Miss Patricia communicated with me from start to the end of my session. My face has never looked and felt this good and best believe I’ll be back. I am also signing my boyfriend up for a massage and facial for his upcoming birthday and Miss Patricia will be our go to person moving forward. Please don’t hesitate to book an appointment because each of the staff is very professional and knows kows exactly what they are doing. However for me I’ll always request Miss Patricia because of my positive experience and the way she made me feel. Thank You Oasis for your amazing services. Knowledgable staff-I come out feeling better EVERY time. I have chronic back pain from an old car accident, some days I can not stand upright. I come out of Oasis Healing not only feeling better, but standing straight. An effect that lasts a few days-which I have no experienced at any other massage place. Not only are the massages amazing(they also offer hot stone, cupping and honestly too many to remember), they have a pretty amazing selection of authentic healing crystals. I am big on crystals so I was really pleased to see this!
