Critical: QualityI recently had ran into a color correction issue when I tried to color my hair and the color changed to a dark brown. I was able to get into see Misty promptly to try and correct the problem. The environment was friendly and community based which was comforting. I spent 6 hours at the salon getting highlights. I have had full highlights done on my naturally dark hair many times, but never had I spent this much time at a salon..but I figured it would be worth it in the end. A high volume developer was used which I wasn’t thrilled about but again, I was hoping for the best outcome. After asking another stylist for help with proper toning and corrective procedures, I was finally starting to see some progress. My hair was styled in a curly manner, and at the time it looked good. I just washed my hair for the first time since then and have been able to actually see the finished product of my hair. I am so disappointed. The right side of my head haals very chunky highlights that extend over complete sections. The left side of my hair has tiny highlights that blend into one another. When my hair is left straight, the difference is extremely noticeable and it looks terrible. There are also several bleach finger smudge prints on the back of my head that I didn’t notice before that are also extremely noticeable when my hair is straight. For a nearly $400 highlight job, I definitely expected there so be more consistency and care with the highlights. Will not be returning. I recently had ran into a color correction issue when I tried to color my hair and the color changed to a dark brown. I was able to get into see Misty promptly to try and correct the problem.
