This is a welcoming and friendly spa for the first timer or seasoned spa goer. They don’t push extras or up sell you. The staff is experienced and very skilled. The half day spa package is a must for me!!

I never write reviews, it’s time consuming and I never feel compelled enough to do so. However, after 3 visits to Oasis Day Spa, I simply have to write them a review because of how pleased I am with their service. Today was my third visit to salvage my hair after a disastrous experience at another place. My hair is beautiful again! It took some time, but Luz was patient and honest with me every step of the way. Luz always listens, advises, and takes her time. The girls at the front desk are very kind as well. The place is very clean, and well decorated. Prices aren’t too bad either, in fact, I think the prices are great for the service you receive. I don’t see myself going anywhere else any time soon.

A huge thank you to Luz. I have never left a salon so happy. She actually fixed a disaster another salon created on my hair. She was very honest and knowledgeable about hair and the corrections she was going to try. I loved that she educated me about my hair, as I am far from a beauty queen. She also made sure my appointment was about me and what I really wanted not just the correction process. We also made a plan for my future hair treatments. The experience was great. I think I am done salon hopping!!

This little spa has it all… very pretty decor, friendly staff, ease of appointments (email included)… very responsive service…. and then there is LUZ! Her careful, taking-her-time styling of my messy short hair after carefully discussing what I wanted, is much appreciated… she is pleasant to chat with, also… and her styling skills took 20 years off my look! I have fine hair, which is thinning, but her styling made it look like I have a full head of hair…. and a very chic style, complimenting my glasses.

I had my very first hair cut appointment with Lilly last week. She did such a great job with my hair! Not only was she very friendly and warm but also suggested a few things I could do with my hair. I’ve been going to Oasis for about a year and love it. Lily does a great job with my hair, and it always comes out looking exactly how I wanted it. I also went to Rose on my last visit and she did an excellent job as well. The salon is nice and inviting, and I’ve recommended it to others who have also had a great experience.

I went to Oasis for the first time last night for a haircut. I called yesterday afternoon and they accommodated me in the same day without me even asking. And Luz, the hairdresser, put so much time and effort into cutting me a great style, and also teaching me how to properly care for and blow dry my hair. It was one of the best cuts I’ve gotten in a long time and I will definitely be going back.

UPDATED: We booked two appointments for a process color including a consultation which was clearly stated in the phone. I went in to get my roots done. The appointment was for me and my Cousin to have a Ladies afternoon. One was booked as it should, which means they know how to properly book an appointment. My Cousin went from blond to brunette and had a wonderful experience. But when I arrived they only reserved 30 minutes for me. That was not even enough for me to get them washed and dried. So I asked Kristine what we could do in order to get my roots done (having a chocolate brown and light brown roots) and she said we couldn’t do anything. They just sent me home being extremely rude. I am disappointed with the bad customer service and the lack of care of the woman for another human being and for time of other people.
