Critical: CommunicationI had booked an appointment for a hydro facial for my boyfriend and I. We live an hour out of town. 20 minutes before our appointment they call and let us know the aesthetician won’t be in due to not feeling well. It would have been nice to know an hour prior to our appointment so we didn’t waste our time and gas driving in. Telling someone that their appointment is canceled 20 minutes before the appointment is bad business and was very unfortunate. I had booked an appointment for a hydro facial for my boyfriend and I. We live an hour out of town. 20 minutes before our appointment they call and let us know the aesthetician won’t be in due to not feeling well. It would have been nice to know an hour prior to our appointment so we didn’t waste our time and gas driving in. Positive: ProfessionalismOasis is comparable to the spas in Scottsdale. The esthitician was fantastic! She explained the services, answered all my questions and gave me all the time I needed to make my decsion. One look at her and you know she is in the beauty business, she is absolutely stunningly beautiful! Oasis is comparable to the spas in Scottsdale. The esthitician was fantastic! She explained the services, answered all my questions and gave me all the time I needed to make my decsion. One look at her and you know she is in the beauty business, she is absolutely stunningly beautiful! I would recommend the Hydrofacial and the Trinity Package.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have been coming to Oasis for a few years.! I saw that they were having a 20% discount during thanksgiving week. I booked an appointment for Nov 20th. I was not asked about who I wanted as a masseuse. So I figured it would be a female since I have only seen FEMALES masseuses. I arrived at my appointment today and found out that my masseuse is a male. As a woman, I don’t feel comfortable having a male masseuse. I know some people don’t care about that. So I tried booking my appointment during that thanksgiving holiday. Well, one masseuse is out sick and the other out on maternity leave. I booked my appointment for Dec 7th and asked if they would honor the 20%. I received I call today that the owner said they cannot honor the discount since it is passed the thanksgiving holiday! You would think that they would honor a 20% discount since they had no other masseuse available for those dates? Nope! The owner said no! I have been coming to Oasis for a few years.! I saw that they were having a 20% discount during thanksgiving week. I booked an appointment for Nov 20th. I was not asked about who I wanted as a masseuse. So I figured it would be a female since I have only seen FEMALES masseuses.
