The services were great, but for some reason the women checking me out didn’t use my entire gift card. I assume they did this so that I would come back and spend more money. Kind of annoying.

My daughter and I was so excited for our spa day. Marie scheduled everything for us in great detail. Unfortunately just two days before I started to get sick, and with the 48 hour notice to the spa, I didn’t want to take any chances and decided to cancel. . My daughter also called me to tell me she had been by someone with COVID. I called first thing in the morning to cancel. I got Marie, and by the tone of her voice I could tell she was not pleased. She did cancel everything and I was told about hard she worked on this. I realize that she worked hard. Now I feel not welcomed and won’t be back. Buy beware even though the site says 48 hours it’s not always taken very well. This could have turned out different. We didn’t want to get the staff or anyone else sick.

This is a full service salon in a convenient location. I highly recommend Lisa Lavallee. She is very friendly and puts you at ease. She has done my haircuts, nails, and waxings. A relative has also gone to her for cuts and color for years. Lisa always does a great job.

Critical: CommunicationI went in for a color and to make my bob more round. I had a picture to make sure there was no miss communication. When Sara my stylist turned me around I had short layered bangs and she had cut layers above my ears making my bob into a bad 90s looking pixie!! I pointed to my picture of my bob that didn’t even have bangs and asked her what happened. Her reply was her perception of the picture was obviously different than mine!! I look into the mirror everyday regreting ever sitting in her chair. This mistake has left a long-lasting impact on how I feel about myself. When Sara my stylist turned me around I had short layered bangs and she had cut layers above my ears making my bob into a bad 90s looking pixie!! I felt the need to write a review after the excellent experience I had at Oasis. I got a gel manicure (a beautiful bright lilac color) and I am very impressed with both the service and the results. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and despite my young age, I was treated with the utmost respect which usually does not happen in salons and spas. The women at the desk were nice and inviting and the manicurist who did my nails was sweet did a fantastic job! The price was reasonable and fair for the gel polish ($37 plus tip). I will definitely refer the salon and spa and will be back again soon!

My sister, mom, three nieces and myself all had 2 services done this past Saturday. Stephenie, the owner, was great to work with in getting all the appointments set. When we arrived we were greeted and shown the changing room to change into soft fluffy ropes. We then sat in the waiting room to complete the paper work. Once that was done, each of us were called, by name, to our services. We all had spa pedicures and everyone loved it. The seats are comfortable and the water was warm. They do charge you extra if you want sparkly nail polish. The other services we received were 4 massages and 2 facials. Two of my nieces had never had a massage, but they were made to feel comfortable and enjoyed them. My facial was about the best I had ever had. The only real complaint is that there are no discounts, even when 6 people get 12 services. Though we were given a coupon for a hair service on our next visit (we live 8 hours away). Would have been nicer to give a discount or toss in the two bottles of sparkly nail polish. I would recommend but remember to bring cash for tips.

Wonderful experience today, when you walk in the environment is welcoming, clean and relaxing. They immediately greet you, take your coat, and offer you a hot or cold beverage. Jeff was amazing, I got a hair cut and color. I couldn’t be happier with the style and color!! It is a Full Service Spa, I look forward to booking more services in the future!
