Booked a eco-fin mani and solstice pedicure for a trip. While my manicurist was nice I was not taken for my appointment 15 minutes after my appointment time which ok but no acknowledgement of it. She mentions the eco-fin part of my manicure and says she’ll do it after and proceeds to do my manicure. Finished painting my nails and says I’ll soak my feet now and I’m thinking the other part of my manicure will be while my feet are soaking. Nope she tells me a few moments later that she forgot about that and goes to tell the front desk she didn’t do it. I’m annoyed at this point but ok. She continues with my pedicure and has me smell the lotion she’s supposed put on my feet so I do but she never uses it. As my pedicure is finishing up I notice I have bubbles in all my nails. I’ve now been here for two hours and I go to the front desk to check out and she asks if she did the eco-fin on my feet and hands and I say just feet and she asked how everything was and I show her the bubbles and she says maybe she can fix it and at this point I just want to leave and she stated she can book me an appointment to fix it tomorrow but I’m leaving on a plane in the am. I mean I paid 90 dollars for both and you would think there would be a little care and thought about what your client is getting done. I’ve attached photos of my nails were you can see the bubbles.

Got a 60 (m)massage today, not with the person I normally see once a month. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The technique was not great, I could barley feel any pressure and when she got to my feet she barely applied any pressure and my legs/arms she was just rubbing up and down. Overall, I didn’t feel fully relaxed and zen. . Normally it’s such a a great massage.

Lor is THE BEST!!! I really enjoy her facials are AMAZING! She’s very pleasant and polite. I’d recommend booking facials with her when you come in. The customer service people can be nice sometimes, depending on who you speak with. There’s this one woman, I can’t remember her name, but she provides excellent service every time I speak with her over the phone and in person. I’ve been going there for some time for my facials. I get treated differently by the front desk lady sometimes. Debating If I should find a different spa. Gave this 5 stars only because of Lori’s excellent facials!
