Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in today to get my done the lady who did my hair told me a price at first, but charged me extra to blow dry my hair. That has never happened to me any where else! She didn’t communicate the extra cost that she charged when I set up my appointment. And I have never been charged extra to blow dry my hair after getting my hair dyed. I was a first time client but I won’t be coming back to this salon. My hair color that I walked out with wasn’t even the color that I showed the lady. I went in today to get my done the lady who did my hair told me a price at first, but charged me extra to blow dry my hair. That has never happened to me any where else! She didn’t communicate the extra cost that she charged when I set up my appointment. And I have never been charged extra to blow dry my hair after getting my hair dyed. I didn’t get the woman’s name that did my hair but she didn’t speak English. However I pointed to a picture and she said okay lol. I have African American hair and it’s not something anyone can do because it can’t take much heat and it’s an Afro texture while dry. (Hard to cut especially while wet) but I knew that going in and figured how bad could it be right? She cut my hair wet and blow dried my hair and straightened it nicely. I took one star off because she didn’t style it completely and I left looking a little stiff. The cut was done correctly just had to curl it a bit to achieve what I wanted. My hair was shorter than the cut I asked for but she mimicked it as much as possible and I’m happy with it. Money well spent and I’d go back 🙂
