Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueEdit: I added a photo of my gel polish chipping already after 8 days.Worst gel mani and worst pedi ever. She did not put a base coat on my nails and when I mentioned this, she said its a new brand that doesn’t need a base coat but I don’t believe that since its the same old polish brand I have always seen. Then she tried to pressure me into getting false nails even though I told her like 3 times no thanks. The mani was done in haste with no hand massage and the polish job was awful! The pedi was even worse. The water was cold. She did not scrape my feet nor massage them. I will not come back here ever again. Critical: Quality, ValueThis was the WORSE pedicure I ever received. She asked if I wanted the deluxe pedicure. I asked her if I would get more massage with the deluxe. She said yes. She literally massaged for 2 seconds total !! When she started to polish my toes I asked her if that was the deluxe?? She said yes because she used a scrub. This was the WORSE pedicure I ever received. She asked if I wanted the deluxe pedicure. I asked her if I would get more massage with the deluxe. She said yes. She literally massaged for 2 seconds total !! When she started to polish my toes I asked her if that was the deluxe?? She said yes because she used a scrub. I told her you only massaged me for 2 seconds!! Plus my feet are still rough.

Then they only raked over our feet about three times, left,right and middle and was done. Toes weren’t polished all the way. Sit me in a chair, I had to turn around and put my own feet under the light to dry. Then the guy come over and turn the light on. I paid for a pedicure for me and my daughter. They told me because I didn’t get the deluxe for 35.00 we don’t get a massage. Then they only raked over our feet about three times, left,right and middle and was done. Toes weren’t polished all the way. Sit me in a chair, I had to turn around and put my own feet under the light to dry. Then the guy come over and turn the light on. I’m pretty sure my designer bag played a part in the amount I was charged. They’re probably trying to make up for being closer during the pandemic. This place is unethical.
