workers straight up asked for a cash tip before we even finished paying. i understand that she did her best given the service was at the end of her shift, but i literally paid $60 some for this. dont come here for long acrylics.

I go with my Fiancé to get a pedicure and manicure every few weeks. I only have wonderful things to say about the service and the staff. Everyone is very warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I personally love seeing Nancy for my service. She is very attentive and is extremely proficient at her job. Lovely, peaceful atmosphere and excellent work. I have been coming here for at least 5 years and regularly see Michelle. She does a wonderful job with my SNS, pays attention to detail, and is always efficient and friendly. I have been helped by a few other women as well and have had a great experience. I brought my bridal party here the day before my wedding, and they were exceptionally accommodating even though we made some changes to the services needed.

I have gone here over the years and had a really disappointing experience in terms of service and customer service. A friend had made an appointment but I had to wait half an hour. When I mentioned that I waited half an hour, the employee said that one of the colleagues couldn’t make it. I then asked why they didn’t call to let us know they were running late, she said she didn’t have the number (a lie – they always ask for your number and my friend confirmed this once we left the shop, although my friend didn’t challenge the woman while in the shop). During the pedicure I was nicked and bled, with no apology, and then I had to remind the woman to use the loofah-like sponge to exfoliate my feet – she skipped that step. It was not at all the experience I had numerous times before: sullen, scolding, and the lie. I am disappointed and won’t be returning.

Michelle and the nail techs at Oakton Nails & Spa are excellent. I go once a month for a dip manicure and regular polish pedicure and their work is always great. My nails could last longer than a month, if needed, because I always get great services. Highly recommend!
