The worst nail Salon I have ever been too. I went here in August 2022, Mina did my pedicure and some other woman did my manicure.

Asked if we could come in for two adult pedicures and one kids mani/pedi – she said sure come in right now. We walk in, they only had one person available. If you couldn’t accomodate us all, then just say so. I don’t want all of us waiting for the others – the point is to get our nails done at the same time. And then she was also rushing because she was trying to do us all. My pedicure, as well as my Mom’s were done in quite literally 8 minutes. Not to mention, my Mom’s pedicure water was ice cold because she filled all three tubs at once and then it just sat there while my Mom waited to be done last. And then for my FOUR YEAR OLD’s mani/pedi they had the nerveee to charge me $30!!! Mind you – for the mani, she literally just took one swipe of a file to each nail and then painted them. $30 for a four year old is INSANE. She also cut three of my cuticles and then put oil on them, so they are now red, irritated, and burn. I will absolutely never return. I will go to my regular place that charges me $17 for my litte one & does a way better job on the kids as well as the adults. Never ever ever returning.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had my nails done with Mina. The woman is not only unprofessional with bad anger management issues she is just plane rude. French manicure dip was a disaster. Half of my nail was white than natural. When I confronted she said because I was moving abs if I want she can file my nail down. (I had no nails to begin with.).
