Yesterday, a Tuesday, was my first time going. I called to ask if walk-ins were accepted and was told to call before I was ready (I wasn’t sure what time I needed an appointment). So, I called for a 5pm and showed up about 10 minutes later (I didn’t know how close I was). The tech was friendly and attentive. I got a Lavender pedicure and wanted a plain manicure. No pressure for anything that I didn’t want or need. I would go again. Thank you Ladies. – pictures are the morning after and pedicure list.

Wanted to like this place, but a simple pedicure turned in to a horrible experience. I told the girl she was cutting my nail too close to my skin, but I don’t t think she understood English. Kept going and cut my skin under my nail to the point where it was bleeding. Now it hurts to wear socks and shoes. Merry Christmas to me. Won’t be going there again

I moved here about 5 years ago, but continued getting my nails done in Brooklyn because I didn’t think there would be a place that did them as well. For a number of reasons I had to get them done now and this was the first place that I saw that does SNS…so I took a risk. I was really pleasantly surprised. The shop is new, lovely,…meditation music was playing, it was peaceful and relaxing…and my nails turned out beautifully. I highly recommend them

The staff are friendly, professional, and very talented. I have brought my nieces in with me and they are great with children. I have been going to Oak Nail Salon for years. I have never had a service that I disliked. The staff are friendly, professional, and very talented. I have brought my nieces in with me and they are great with children. I try to always make an appointment, but they are always accommodating if I should happen to walk in. Great experience. I’m so used to doing my nails in the city and always moving fast. This place was a great change and well worth it. It’s by appointment so there weren’t many people. It was very quiet and peaceful and the staff were so kind and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

I am so happy that Nana opened her own nail salon and spa in Shrub Oak in July 2019. She has been doing my nails since 2015 and I will travel a little further for her expert services. She does an excellent job in all areas but I especially recommend the powder gel manicure.
